Results of the FOREU4ALL Session During EAIE The FOREU4ALL team recently gathered input from higher education institutions across Europe and beyond on how European Universities alliances can create value for the wider sector. The session, celebrated during the EAIE Conference in Gothenburg in September, revealed a strong commitment among institutions, both inside and outside alliances, to deepen cooperation, exchange practices, and scale up innovation in higher education.

The Policy Dialogue team welcomes CULT report on European Universities alliances At its latest meeting, Policy Dialogue (FOREU4ALL WP3) members reflected on the recent adoption of the CULT report on European Universities alliances, which was approved by the European Parliament plenary on 11 September.

Activities of the Community of Practice

Andreas Winkler, Vice-Chair of the FOREU4ALL Forum Board, has contributed to the conference “Putting it into practice: Spreading innovative results from European Universities alliances to other higher education institutions” held in Bonn in the context of the SPREAD EUI project.

The Topical Group 'Cooperation with Ukraine' recently celebrated an intensive, fruitful workshop in Prague that gathered around 30 people on site and more than 60 online. Stay tuned for upcoming recommendations!

Eddie Arriaga Flores (ECIU), co-chair of the FOREU4ALL Topical Group on Student-led community on Sustainable and Democratic Student Participation, and Giulia Consoni (ECIU), have participated in the policy workshop 'The European Student Observatory: A one-stop-shop for students', organised in the context of the European Higher Education Sector Observatory (EHESO).

Ludovic Thilly, leader of the Topical Groups work package, has contributed with a talk on the role of Alliances in skills development at the University of Torino, in the context of the event 'Empowering through Skills', organised by UNITA alliance.

Co-Chair of the Impact Topical Group Glória Nunes Rodrigues (ENLIGHT European University) has contributed to a workshop organised by the CESAER Task Force Benchmark in Bucharest. Nunes' intervention, focused on impact assessment, drew on the work of the FOREU4ALL topical groups, showcasing practical insights into collective evaluation practices.
